A significant percentage of high conflict family law matters involve borderline personalities. This panel, consisting of two mental health professionals and an attorney, will discuss how to identify these clients at the outset of a matter and offer concrete tools for effectively handling these cases. Students who think they will work on family law matters, attorneys who litigate or have collaborative or mediation practices and mental health and financial professionals who do work with divorcing clients will benefit from attending this program.
