Diane
Goodman
After over 20 years as a litigator, Ms. Goodman realized that mediation is a better way for people to solve disputes. In 2004, she decided to change the nature of her practice from litigation to mediation and collaborative law. Ms. Goodman’s practice focuses on family law, including mediation, collaborative dissolution, paternity, adoption and guardianship matters. Ms. Goodman has handled many complex parentage issues including acting as co-counsel in a California Supreme Court decision regarding the rights of lesbian parents. Ms. Goodman is the author of the parentage chapter in CEB’s Practice Under the CA Family Code.
