Please take a moment to participate in a survey from LACFLA Board Member, Kevin Chroman. Your feedback is very important to us and we look forward to hearing back from as many of you as possible.
Message from Kevin Chroman:
As I work on Project Economic Containment, I would be very interested in receiving feedback from the members regarding making the collaborative process more affordable. One model provides for the level of conflict of the case informing its cost. I will be happy to discuss the model in more detail, personally. For the time being, I would like to request input as to what questions an attorney would/should ask in an initial survey of the client to draw for high conflict cases. I look forward to hearing from attorneys, mental health therapists, and financial experts alike.

By way of example: “Is there a history of abusive conduct?” “Is there a history of drug or alcohol usage?” “Have you attended counseling prior to making this decision?”
Below you will find a Table which is self-explanatory. All suggestions are welcomed. Thank you, in advance for your participation.
